Hi Julie,

Just a short note to say how much we (Paul joins with me in these remarks) enjoyed the Kangaroo Island workshop. 

You have a wonderful eye for a photograph of course, but your workshops give the amateur access to great places at great times to take exceptional photos. Your knowledge of the island is alone well worth the price of the course. 

But more than that, for myself the four hours spent on Lightroom techniques were of tremendous assistance to me, despite years of my muddling about. 

The Lake Eyre week was great, but so were the two days here at KI. We will catch up again. 

Thanks again for the pleasure your wonderful photos give us. You inspire us to do better. Until we meet again.

Hi Julie,

I had a great relaxed weekend and want to thankyou so much for cramming so much into a short space of time. I have done other workshops but can honestly say that you covered more information and also shared locations and made sure that everyone was ok and got some nice shots. The post production day was very helpful and you explained things in lamens terms without going to technical so it was easy to digest. You are fun and take an interest in everyone and what level they are at and then accomodate that level.

Hi Julie,

I just wanted to thank you for a great 2 days of both photography and post production. I learnt so much in such a short time and as I did not have much time to spend on the island this time round it was perfect for me time wise. The locations were so different and challenging and places I would not have ever gone too as I would not have known they even existed. The post production session was an eye opener for me and I realised how much I dont know and how sloppy I have been up to know.

Another year passes by and if you are going through Hawker this year stop in for a coffee and a feed and Flinders Food Co the cafe in Hawker just off the Highway. I have a selection of work in there showcasing the Flinders and outback region. All for sale off the walls as prints or framed works. All the work is also available here from my website.

Another 2 day workshop finished with a small group of people. Day 1 consisted of going over a few critical camera settings before heading out to 3 different locations for practical photography tuition and help. Day 2 was post production using Lightroom which is hands on with your own images. This trip is jam packed with information for the beginner to intermediate level person or someone who just wants an insight to the island and is time poor. Its a great budget weekend in which you will learn ample and see some great spots.
