This epic tour all about getting out amongst it around Marree and 2 afternoons at Lake Eyre. We will be visiting Lake Eyre from the comfort of my four wheel drive at my favourite location where I have captured several award winning images as well as another area of the Lake on the second afternoon. We will also be visiting the Bubbler a natural spring up the Oodnadatta Track which is a first for this trip and several other unique spots off the radar. There will be ample time to explore and relax, experiment and get some stunning images in the best light conditions possible as time permits.

This is a self drive unless specifically arranged with me. The closest airport is Roxby Downs a 2 hour drive from Marree. They do have hire vehicles in Roxby. Marree is not the end of the earth and is easily accessible for any vehicle to get here. I drive these outback roads all the time - if I can do it you can too. I have now had several people from interstate over here (women too) and they have all had a ball.

You will have to get yourself out here to Marree and we are about 7 hours from Adelaide CBD. All bitumen now.

Course fee includes all meals, accommodation and the trip into exclusive locations on private property. The rooms you are staying in are in the Oasis Caravan Park, they are not luxury but they are spacious and clean, comfortable and quiet with bathrooms and all linen as well as reverse cycle airconditioning.

Please visit the Oasis Caravan Park website for details of accomodation.

Lake Eyre Photo Tour April 2016

TESTIMONIAL SUE CHAPLIN Sometimes, out of the blue, comes opportunities that should be grabbed with both hands and are not to be missed. It could be the location, the timing, the activity or just the sponteniety that makes it special. Joining Julie Fletcher on her inaugural Lake Eyre Photography Tour was one such opportunity that I definitely didn't want to…

Lake Eyre Photo Tour April 2016
Dear Julie, To think that I had been assessing the pro's and con's of attending my very first photo workshop for over 12 months is now hard to believe - what was I thinking! With so much to see, learn and do during the workshop the drive home gave me the first opportunity to reflect on just what had taken…
